Sec. 32.1406  Nonregulated investments.

    (a) This account shall include the carrier's investment in 
nonregulated activities accounted for in a separate set of books as 
provided in Sec. 32.23(b).
    (b) This account shall be subdivided as follows:

1406.1  Permanent investment.

1406.2  Receivable/payable.

1406.3  Current net income or loss.
