Sec. 5.405  Power limitation.

    No authorization under this subpart will be issued unless the 
description of the project shows that the dc plate power input to the 
final radio frequency stage does not exceed 5 watts: Provided, however, 
That a greater power may be authorized if a satisfactory showing is made 
that such greater power is necessary and that appropriate measures will 
be taken to prevent interference.
