Sec. 69.414 Lifeline assistance expenses.
Expenses allocated to the interstate jurisdiction pursuant to
Sec. 36.741 shall be assigned to the Carrier Common Line element until
March 31, 1989. Beginning April 1, 1989, such expenses shall be assigned
to the Lifeline Assistance element.
