Sec.  80.1021   Nameplate.

   A durable nameplate must be mounted on the required radiotelephone or be an
   integral part of it. When the transmitter and receiver comprise a single
   unit, one nameplate is sufficient. The nameplate must show at least the name
   of the manufacturer and the type or model number.
