Sec.  80.11   Scope.

   This subpart contains the procedures and requirements for the filing of
   applications  for licenses to operate radio facilities in the maritime
   services. Part 1 of the Commission's rules contains the general rules of
   practice and procedure applicable to proceedings before the FCC.
