Sec.  101.311   Equal employment opportunities.

   Equal opportunities in employment must be afforded by all common carrier
   licensees and all Local Multipoint Distribution Service and 24 GHz Service
   licensees in accordance with the provisions of  Sec. 21.307 of this chapter.
