  Sec.  64.609   Enforcement of related customer premises equipment rules.

   Enforcement  of  Sec.  Sec. 64.607 and 64.608 is delegated to those state public
   utility or public service commissions which adopt those sections and provide
   for  their  enforcement. Subpart G—Furnishing of Enhanced Services and
   Customer-Premises Equipment by Communications Common Carriers
