  §  1.821   Scope.

   The provisions of § § 1.822 and 1.824 of this part apply as indicated to
   those applications for permits, licenses or authorizations in the
   Multichannel Multipoint Distribution Service for which action may be
   taken by the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau pursuant to delegated
   authority.
