§  95.1301   Eligibility.

   An entity is authorized by rule to operate a MURS transmitter if it is
   not a foreign government or a representative of a foreign government
   and if it uses the transmitter in accordance with §  95.1309 and
   otherwise operates in accordance with the rules contained in this
   subpart. No license will be issued.
