§  0.506   FOIA and Privacy Act requests.

   Requests for declassification that are submitted under the provisions
   of the Freedom of Information Act, as amended, (See §  0.461), of the
   Privacy Act of 1974, (See §  0.554) shall be processed in accordance
   with the provisions of those Acts.
