  § 10.410   Prioritization.

   A Participating CMS Provider is required to transmit Presidential Alerts
   upon  receipt. Presidential Alerts preempt all other Alert Messages. A
   Participating CMS Provider is required to transmit Imminent Threat Alerts
   and AMBER Alerts on a first in-first out (FIFO) basis.
