  § 101.519   Interconnection.

   (a) All DEMS licensees must make available to the public all information
   necessary to allow the manufacture of user equipment that will be compatible
   with the licensee's network.

   (b) All DEMS licensees must make available to the public all information
   necessary to allow interconnection of DEMS networks.
