§ 5.81   Discontinuance of station operation.

   In  case  of permanent discontinuance of operation of a station in the
   Experimental  Radio  Service prior to the license expiration date, the
   licensee shall notify the Commission. Licensees who willfully fail to do so
   may be subject to disciplinary action, including monetary fines, by the
   Commission.

   Effective Date Note: At  78 FR 25162 , Apr. 29, 2013, § § 5.81 was revised. This
   section contains information collection and recordkeeping requirements and
   will not become effective until approval has been given by the Office of
   Management and Budget.
