  § 64.602   Jurisdiction.

   Any violation of this subpart F by any common carrier engaged in intrastate
   communication  shall  be  subject to the same remedies, penalties, and
   procedures as are applicable to a violation of the Act by a common carrier
   engaged in interstate communication.
