  § 64.609   Enforcement of related customer premises equipment rules.

   Enforcement  of § § 64.607 and 64.608 is delegated to those state public
   utility or public service commissions which adopt those sections and provide
   for  their  enforcement. Subpart G—Furnishing of Enhanced Services and
   Customer-Premises Equipment by Communications Common Carriers
