§ 7.16   Informal or formal complaints.

   Sections 7.17 through 7.23 of this subpart shall sunset on October 8, 2013.
   On  October  8,  2013, any person may file either a formal or informal
   complaint against a manufacturer or provider alleging violations of section
   255  or this part subject to the enforcement requirements set forth in
   § § 14.30 through 14.52 of this chapter.
