§ 95.1509   ASTM E2213-03 DSRC Standard.

   On-Board Units operating in the 5850-5925 MHz band shall comply with the
   following technical standards, which are incorporated by reference: American
   Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) E2213-03, Standard Specification
   for Telecommunications and Information Exchange Between Roadside and Vehicle
   Systems—5 GHz Band Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) Medium Access
   Control (MAC) and Physical Layer (PHY) Specifications published September
   2003 (ASTM E2213-03 DSRC Standard). The Director of the Federal Register
   approves this incorporation by reference in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a)
   and 1 CFR part 51. Copies may be inspected at the Federal Communications
