  § 1.260   Certification of transcript.

   After the close of the hearing, the complete transcript of testimony,
   together with all exhibits, shall be certified as to identity by the
   presiding officer and filed in the Office of the Secretary. Notice of
   such certification shall be served on all parties to the proceedings.
