  § 22.923   Cellular system configuration.

   Mobile stations communicate with and through base transmitters only.
   Base transmitters communicate with mobile stations directly or through
   cellular repeaters. Auxiliary test stations may communicate with base
   or mobile stations for the purpose of testing equipment.
