§  1.1110   Attachment of charges.

   The charges required to accompany a request for the Commission's
   regulatory services listed in § § 1.1102 through 1.1109 of this subpart
   will not be refundable to the applicant irrespective of the
   Commission's disposition of that request. Return or refund of charges
   will be made only in certain limited instances as set out at § 1.1115 of
   this subpart.
