§  54.1502   Geographic areas eligible for Stage 2 fixed support.

   High-cost universal service support may be made available for Stage 2
   of the fixed Uniendo a Puerto Rico Fund and the fixed Connect USVI Fund
   for all areas of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, respectively,
   as announced by public notice.
