We agree that it is appropriate to grandfather existing leases of MDS spectrum for the same reasons we grandfathered existing ITFS licenses. Accordingly, we will add a Section 27.1215 of the Commission's Rules to grandfather existing leases of MDS spectrum. Footnote NG147.
