Pursuant to Section 64.1700(b) our rules, AT&T must forward to Verizon an amount equal to 150% of all unauthorized charges paid by the subscriber to AT&T. Therefore, AT&T must forward to authorized carrier the amount, along with copies of any telephone bills issued from the company to the Complainant. Within ten days of receipt of this amount, Complainant's authorized carrier shall provide a refund
