- that the proposed facility complies with the applicable rule sections. All proposed translator and booster facilities must provide exhibits demonstrating compliance with 47 C.F.R. Section 74.1204. Failure to provide exhibits demonstrating lack of prohibited overlap may result in dismissal of the application. Any proposed translator on the reserved band (channels 201-220) must provide exhibits demonstrating compliance with 47 C.F.R. Section 74.1205. If compliance with Section 74.1205 is by an agreement, the application must include a copy of that agreement. See 47 C.F.R. Section 74.1205(a). Proposed translators must protect all full-service TV6 stations, low power TV6 stations, and previously authorized TV6 translator stations. Item 13: Unattended Operation. FM Translator and booster stations may be operated without a designated person in attendance if
